Tyler Rodighiero and Nick Parkinson met in 2008 on a camping trip in Polihale and hit it off immediately. They discovered that they had a lot in common; both were from California, loved riding dirt bikes, had recently met the loves of their lives, Taryn & Katie, respectively, and had worked in construction for most of their lives. Tyler was drawn to construction by his desire to problem solve and learned plumbing, framing and electrical before creating his own handyman company. Nick began in construction the summer before he graduated high school, was drawn to the tactile satisfaction of the job and decided to pursue it as a career. Together they created Pac Build in 2012 making the most of their framing and finish carpentry skills. They started off small, doing some home and commercial remodels, quickly making a name for themselves with their quality work and continued customer satisfaction.

          Pac Build has since grown into its own by quickly becoming a renowned custom home builder. They work with home owners, architects, and developers to advise and build everything from value engineered homes to multimillion-dollar spec homes. In addition to running a successful business, Tyler is the Chairman of the Kauai Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Kauai County Cost Control Commission, husband, and father of two adorable girls. Nick not only leads the cleanest, smoothest-running job sites in the county and builds beautiful homes but is currently re-modeling his own home and caring for his gorgeous wife and three amazing kids.
