      With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Tyler is a licensed general contractor and co-founder of Pac Build. From the ground up, he’s been involved in every aspect of the building process, specializing in finish carpentry, cost control, and client relations. Tyler’s hands-on approach ensures that every project aligns with the owner’s vision, meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, and stays within budget. He’s also known for his strategic oversight and attention to detail, managing everything from permitting to project completion.          Beyond Pac Build, Tyler is dedicated to the Kaua‘i community, serving on the Cost Control Commission for the County of Kaua‘i and the Board of Directors at Koloa Early School. Outside of work, he’s an avid snowboarder, enjoying surfing and outdoor adventures with his family.

Nick Parkinson

Co-Founder & Field Operations Director
     

      Nick brings over two decades of expertise in site-work, grading, concrete, and framing to his role as Pac Build’s Field Operations Director. His extensive hands-on experience allows him to manage large-scale projects with precision and problem-solving skills that ensure each build is structurally sound, efficient, and high quality. Nick is known for his leadership style — calm, practical, and focused on empowering his team to deliver exceptional results. He has a deep understanding of Kaua‘i’s topography, weather challenges, and permitting process, making him invaluable in executing complex projects. Whether coordinating with subcontractors, overseeing field teams, or troubleshooting on-site challenges, Nick ensures every detail is executed to perfection. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, and their three children, riding dirt bikes and surfing.
